Yes we do ship everywhere and shipping is FREE .
We begin processing your order immediately after it has been placed, however, we ask for 3-4 business days for us to prepare and ship your item. Items are shipped from one of our 4 warehouses located in USA, China , UK and Singapore. Our worldwide free shipping generally takes around 15-25 business days from the shipment date. This time frame may vary depending on the country and package being delivered.

To check the status of your order,  contact us at and we will be more than happy to update you on the progress of your order and estimated delivery date.
We ship from different warehouses using different carriers so some items might arrive earlier than others. As well, often times some parcels experience shipping delays while others do not. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please email us with your name and order number.
All tax & duties will be covered by us. If you are charged any duty/tax fees for your order, please send us a copy of the invoice so we can settle the charges.
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday or occasional gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.

No, there are absolutely no hidden charges. Octroi or sales tax is borne by LifestyleStores. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.

If your payment has failed, please try again after checking whether your account details, billing address, Debit or Credit Card details, or any other payment-related information is accurate.

Check that your internet connection is working.

If any amount has been debited during the failed transaction, it will be credited back to your Credit Card or Paypal within seven business days.

We understand that you may occasionally wish to return your purchases. We'll be happy to help you with the process.

We do not accept:

  • Lingerie, undergarments, swimwear and socks.
  • Fragrances, toiletries, cosmetics, beauty and skincare products.
  • Watches, sunglasses, fashion jewellery, glassware and handbags.

Please return your items in their original packaging, within 15 days of delivery. Double-check that you've included all the tags, accessories, promotional gifts and warranty cards that came with your order.

You can cancel your order or a part of your order online on as long as you do so before it has been processed ( within 1-2 days from placing the order ).

If it has already been dispatched, you can wait for it to arrive and then refuse the delivery.

Please note, you can also cancel products you’ve bought during a sale.

Once you’ve canceled an order, your refund will be credited to your card or Paypal once we’ve finished processing the cancellation.
